As a woman–owned, veteran-owned, services-based company established in 2006, Integrated Programs and Services Inc. (IPAS) takes great pride in its staff of employees and consultants. IPAS is comprised of highly qualified mental health specialists, trainers, counselors, physical and rehabilitative therapist, social services and human resources specialists, and business professionals who have degrees and experiences appropriate to their chosen profession.

We have over thirty years of combined service and experience in the fields of Mental Health, Social Services, Substance Abuse, Physical/Occupational, Vocational/Rehabilitation Therapy, Employee Assistance, coupled with educational and public health program administration.

We are experienced in providing health and wellness training, stress management, family situations consultation to enrich and enhance personal, business, and financial statuses along with other Social Services and social advocacy initiatives to individuals and families. Our state of the art approaches are standard driven by industry certified professionals.



• Capabilities and Offerings

Integrated Programs and Services, Inc. has provided services listed under Special Item Number 595-28 Social Services within Schedule 738X Human Resources-EEO for the last three (3) years. We continue to perform as Social Services contractors with the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services. We have consistently provided Mental Health and other related social services to agency-designated populations. These services include a wide array of individual and family therapies for Medicaid and Medicare recipients.

Our team of Psychiatrist, Psychologist, Social Workers, Human Resources Specialist, Substance Abuse Counselors, Physical and Rehabilitative Therapist and other consultants has a proven track record of over thirty years of success in meeting the needs identified by stakeholders and government representatives. We are a trusted and highly respected agency for services in our areas of expertise. All of our professionals have been providing similar services to commercial, local and state government entities for a minimum of five (5) years.

Secondly, as with the Medicaid contract we continue to provide similar services to meet the therapeutic needs of commercial customers. Our largest commercial client has been New York Life Insurance/Health Choice division.
