Mental Health Service provisions for Children & their Families in Wayne, Sampson, Lenoir and Duplin Counties		Integrated Programs and Services (IPAS) is a community based, behavioral health agency accredited through CARF, International, a national accreditor of human service providers. Established in 2006, Integrated Programs and Services Inc. (IPAS) takes great pride in its staff of employees and consultants. IPAS is comprised of highly qualified mental health specialists, trainers, counselors, physical and rehabilitative therapist, social services, human resources specialists and business professionals who have degrees and expertise appropriate to their chosen professions.

An individual is only able to change his or herself. Building therapeutic relationships is essential to creating a therapeutic environment. The best way to assist an individual while affecting change in his or her life is to empower that individual through the therapeutic relationship within the therapeutic environment.

Families are the most basic fundamental unit in the community. Building stronger families is essential to building a stronger community. In order for individuals to affect and sustain positive change and for communities to affect and sustain positive change, there has to be a positive change in the environment, home, school, community, and places of employment.
